Each of the six regions within Virginia TSA (link to regions page) hosts a Regional Fair at which members compete in individual and team competitive events. The Regional Fair conferences offer the first opportunity for members to develop their knowledge of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) applications through competitive events offered at the conference. Members will gain feedback from industry judges and will learn about leadership opportunities in the regional and state association.

Members and teams who earn first, second, or third place in their respective events are invited to compete in their competition in the state leadership conference, Technosphere. During the conference, each region hears speeches from regional officer candidates and voting delegates elected by each chapter elect the region’s executive council. Members may also have the opportunity to participate in activities and fundraisers which support the state service project (link to leadership academy).
