During the beginning of the TSA year, each of the six regions of Virginia TSA hosts a Fall Rally to invite students enrolled in or previously enrolled in Career and Technical Education (CTE) classes to experience the opportunities available to students through registration as members of the Technology Student Association.

While the program and activities involved in Virginia TSA Fall Rallies may vary by region from mock competitions to competition exhibits and from guest speakers to service activities, the purpose of all Fall Rallies is twofold: to introduce new and potential members to the Virginia TSA and to excite returning members for a year of competition, leading, and networking within the organization.
