The Leadership Academy is an annual event hosted by the Virginia Association of the Technology Student Association at which Virginia TSA chapter officers, advisors, and members meet with the Virginia TSA Executive Council to develop leadership skills and to expand their knowledge of leading in TSA and the technical world.

Since the success of the first Leadership Academy in 2009, Virginia TSA has hosted the Leadership Academy with the continued purpose of engaging members of the state association in opportunities for leadership and growth in TSA and in the workforce. The conference is focused to allow students the opportunity to network and learn from current officers while exercising teamwork and collaboration to form goals they will seek to actualize in the organization.
